The mission of Organizational Solutions is simple: to help our customers with customized and creative problem solving and development services. Our customers include businesses of all types, non profits and associations such as Chambers and foundations, and local governments. We focus on YOUR needs to HELP you. Please allow us to provide our time and expertise to you in your planning, expansion, restructuring and other development efforts, so you can focus on results.
I started Organizational Solutions in August, 2010. In my 23 years of economic and community development experience with the State of Michigan, and eight years leading the Battle Creek Area Chamber of Commerce as its President and CEO I have worked with thousands of Michigan businesses, communities, non profits and other organizations. I have been very humbled and grateful to have been given these unique opportunities to serve and to make a difference in people’s businesses and lives. This continues to be my priority. As a public servant, at the Chamber, and now at Organizational Solutions, my job has always been to help: to assist businesses and organizations with programs and strategies to grow and expand, to keep our communities economically strong and thriving.
